In the Greek tradition, Pistis was the spirit of trust — of oaths kept, of good faith between hands. She belonged to the same older pantheon as Concord, Truth, and Honour: the small civic deities you don't carve into temples, but who appear in every contract anyway.
We took her name because what we do, at its core, is the same work. A homeowner describes a kitchen. A developer describes a fit-out. A landlord describes a roof that has finally given up. A collector describes a cellar that has to hold five hundred bottles at 55°F. Each of those is a promise — a thing not yet built — and the work of contracting is to keep that promise.
The practice was founded by [FOUNDER NAME] on a single principle: the firm that takes the call is the firm that is accountable for the work. Not a marketplace, not a referral broker — a practice. We assemble the trades each project needs from a small network we know personally, we coordinate the design, we run the schedule, and we stand behind the result.
