What we look for
Licensed & insured
WSIB clearance, liability insurance, current ESA / TSSA / equivalent for your trade.
3+ years GTA experience
Comfort with Toronto permitting, condo logistics, heritage districts where relevant.
References we can call
Three recent clients or GCs we can speak with directly. We will call them.
Reliability over price
We pay fair, not cheap. If you compete on schedule and quality, we should talk.
