What we handle
Water damage restoration
Drying, dehumidification, drywall and flooring replacement, mold prevention, and full rebuild after a leak, burst pipe, or sewer backup.
Fire and smoke damage
Demolition of affected materials, structural assessment, smoke odour removal, and full rebuild with proper documentation for your insurer.
Storm and wind damage
Roof, window, siding, and tree-impact damage. Emergency tarping and board-up the same day where required.
Mold remediation coordination
We work with licensed remediation contractors and rebuild the affected assemblies afterward. Air quality testing where the scope warrants it.
Insurance documentation
Photo logs, written scope of work, line-item invoicing to insurer specifications, and direct communication with your adjuster where you authorise it.
Notes from the GTA
- We carry the certificates of insurance and the licensure your adjuster will ask for.
- The first 48 hours after a water event matter most. We move quickly when called.
- We do not chase ambulances. We work with clients who already know us or who have been referred by another professional.
