Notes from the GTA
- Every electrical job we run is ESA-permitted; you get the certificate at completion.
- Toronto's older housing stock still carries surprising amounts of knob-and-tube; insurance carriers increasingly insist on full removal.
- EV charger loads frequently push older panels past their headroom; we run a load calc before quoting.
- Lutron Homeworks and Crestron require careful low-voltage pre-wire — we coordinate with the integrator before drywall closes.
