Exterior · Roofing & Envelope
Roofs, brick, and everything between the sky and the studs.
Shingle, membrane, metal, siding, masonry. The exterior envelope is the most unforgiving system in a building — we treat it that way.
What we handle
Shingle replacement
30 and 50-year architectural shingles, with the underlayment and ice-and-water shield work that determines actual lifespan.
Flat & low-slope membrane
Mod-bit, TPO, EPDM — for additions, garages, and the bungalow flat-roof market across the GTA.
Masonry & tuck-pointing
Brick repair on pre-war homes; lime mortar where the original spec demands it.
Siding, soffits, eaves
Fibre cement (Hardie), pre-finished metal, traditional wood. Eavestrough that actually drains where it should.
Standing-seam metal
Long-run metal roofs in copper, zinc, or Galvalume — for the projects whose owners plan to be in the building for the next forty years.
Notes from the GTA
- Toronto's freeze-thaw cycles destroy roofs faster than the manufacturer warranty suggests; we spec ice-and-water shield to 4 feet past the wall.
- Heritage districts often require matching brick and mortar profiles; we source through local masonry suppliers.
- Most exterior projects in the GTA are weather-window-constrained — we book by month, not by week.
The exterior is the first thing the neighbours see and the last thing most owners think about. We do it first.
