Replacement windows
Marvin, Pella, Loewen, Jeld-Wen, and select European brands. Wood, aluminum-clad wood, fibreglass, or vinyl as the application demands.
Custom millwork doors
Front doors and interior doors made by our millworker, in solid wood with the right hardware and the right finishing schedule.
Sliding and folding glass walls
Large openings from Centor, Sky-Frame, Andersen, and others. With proper sill detail and structural support.
Hardware
Multipoint locks, smart locks, real brass and bronze hardware, and the finishing details that make a door feel like furniture.
Egress windows and wells
For legal basement suites and basement bedrooms. Cut into existing foundation, with proper wells and drainage.
Notes from the GTA
- Lead times for premium windows have improved from the pandemic peak but still run 10 to 20 weeks. We order in week one.
- Window flashing is where almost every retrofit installation fails. We do the flashing details, not just the install.
- Heritage windows can often be restored rather than replaced, and the result is better than any replacement. We tell you when restoration is the right call.
