Pickering's residential mix spans postwar bungalows in Bay Ridges, established subdivisions in Liverpool, and the newer detached communities of Duffin Heights and Seaton. The town has been growing for a decade and the new-build quality is high.
Seaton in particular is one of the GTA's newest large-scale residential developments — homes built to current code, with good electrical capacity, modern HVAC, and floor plans that lend themselves to the kind of customisation our clients commission.
Older Pickering — Bay Ridges, Rosebank, West Shore — carries mid-century stock often needing whole-system upgrades when a serious renovation is undertaken. Done well, those homes become 30-year inheritances.
